Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid Canada Post return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
